Charli Jane charges a small
monthly member fee of $9 per month to assure us that not just anyone is signing up for the
speaker’s virtual assistant directory. We want to have professionals who really
desire to work with speaking professionals and have the skill set needed to work
with speaking professionals. Your member fee will automatically be renewed each
month. You are welcome to cancel at anytime by simply contacting us before your
next renewal date.
VA's who sign up with Charli Jane
are listed in first come first serve basis. We do not have listings by states or
specialty areas. We do however list the countries separately for the convenience
of our international speaking professionals.

What can I add to my speakers
virtual assistant web page? Your welcome email will have all the
details of what to send us so we can create your speakers virtual assistant web
page. It normally will consist of your VA profile, a photo (if desired), your
specialty area, your website link and contact information. We do allow for a few
more things to be added to your profile and each VA is different, some may have
a report they want to share or a book they wrote, etc. We do encourage to share
a few testimonials (not required) as this will make your listing stand out from
the crowd. Testimonials are a very strong marketing tool and it is recommended
but not required to be in the directory.
What if I want to cancel the service?
No problem at all. You are welcome to cancel your monthly service as long as it
is cancelled before your next billing date. It will be your responsibility to
keep track as our system bills every 30 days. If your are renewed and cancel the
next day or so your listing will remain on the site for the rest of the month
and all billing will stop the following month, so be sure and keep track of your
billing cycle.
Please note: This is
a continuing service and you will be automatically billed every month.
Once you are a VA member and have been included in our speakers virtual
assistant directory your membership
fee will never increase over time. If you cancel and come back and we have
raised our member fees you will be obligated to ay the going member rate if you
would like to sign up with us again.
Can I make changes to my profile listing?
Yes you can make changes every 3 months, this includes contact changes, updated
photo, etc. we can't re-create the full profile and these updates are meant for
simple changes.

email and send you guidelines so that you can submit your profile to us as
quickly as possible. The normal turn around for us to get your profile uploaded
