Julia Poulos is a Corporate Trainer, Keynote Speaker and Executive Coach;
providing effective speaking skills training and professional/management
development seminars to clients. Julia assesses organizational needs, designs
customized workshops and instructs in-house corporate trainers in the
development and delivery of training programs.
Julia brings and uses her acting talents in the training world to entertain
and inspire audiences. She has trained at Shakespeare & Co, Penn State Theatre
Arts Graduate School, and McCarter Theatre School; appearing in productions of
Macbeth, Lion in Winter, and A Delicate Balance.
She has 20 years of experience, consulting internally and externally to the financial services
industry; pharmaceutical industry, and consulting firms; creating training
programs, for professionals and executives in demanding environments; The Bank
of New York, Dun and Bradstreet, Merrill Lynch, Training House, IRS, etc.
She has helped the State of New Jersey reduce discrimination / harassment
complaints by designing and delivering the Train the Trainer for the Prevention
of Sexual Harassment to over 200 managers, Affirmative Action Officers, and
trainers in all the major departments of the State of New Jersey.
At the Bank of New York, Julia improved 600+ executives’ ability to
successfully generate and close multi-million dollar deals with international
financial services companies by designing and delivering a client-focused sales
presentation program.
At Dun and Bradstreet in New York Julia was a Business Education Speaker.
Julia earned an average evaluation score of 4.8/5.0 for outstanding ability and
was recognized by company Vice President as a top presenter.
As a public speaker, Julia has been featured at national conventions in
Atlanta, Washington, D.C., and Atlantic City. Current projects include a weekly
podcast and “All the World’s a Stage”, a book and training program.
