Kim has been inspiring, motivating and leading audiences and individuals from chaos and clutter to
clarity and calm successfully for 30 years. Her depth of knowledge in human
development and potential, stress management, change and organizational skills
coupled with her practical and
easy-to-follow methods of change, unique sense of humor and quick wit have
audiences laughing and changing their minds and direction in just seconds of her
starting her presentation.
With a Masters Degree in Social Work and a background in healthcare, mental
health, addictions and wellness, Kim helps people shift and change their level
of consciousness, past stories and beliefs and perception that keeps them stuck
in any area of life. Called the "Queen of Permission," she brings compassion,
care and solutions to each event and individual to make the changes they seek
work more efficiently and with more ease.
As a college teacher, Kim has worked with adult and nurses continuing
education, taking her worldwide to train healthcare professional and counselors.

Culinary Arts Institute of Maryland,
FEW-Federally Employed Women's Program, Association of Operating Room Nurses,

a blogger and writes for magazines and others' blogs.
