Profile Sandra Garth
Sharing her amazing approach to weight loss and fitness, Sandra Garth has the
talent and knowledge to engage and teach her audience the practical, solutions
to excuses and obstacles in the area of wellness.
As a fitness instructor and former adjunct faculty member in the Lifelong
Wellness Division of Delta College, she has taught many students the importance
of fitness from the inside out. Sandra consults clients on how to eat well and
be fit without deprivation. Her wellness wisdom has benefited many readers
through her online ezine, Fit Matters.
A series of health distractions sidelined her, until she appeared on CNN’s
New You Revolution in January of 2005 with Dr. Sanjay Gupta.
Sandra holds a degree in Liberal Arts from Delta College. In recognition of
her academic accomplishments, she was awarded the Lynn Heatley Award for
Distinguished Service.
Sandra is currently president of the successful and growing company, One Body
One Lifetime; a certified personal trainer, a member of IDEA. She currently
resides in Bridgeport, MI with her husband Frank.
