Add or Change an Assistant

We allow members to add one assistant and require an administrative fee for this extra service (this new policy is in effect as of 7/9/2019).

We charge a $150 administrative setup fee for adding your assistant. We also charge the administrative fee of $150 if you are changing your assistant. Each new addition or change incurs the administrative fee.

Please allow up to 48 business hours for the changes to be processed.

  • As per our long-standing Terms & Policies, we do not allow PR agencies, management companies or speaker agents. These requests will not be approved. They can be accepted if they join us under the management member rate. Please email for more information.
  • We do not allow someone who is also marketing her/himself as a speaker to access the leads in the role of “assistant”. This person would need her or his own membership.
  • You are responsible for training your assistant on how to use the speaking leads.
  • You are also responsible for making sure your assistant does not share the leads with non-paying Members. This will result in a non-refundable cancellation of both Member and assistant.
  • Before you request access for your assistant, please make sure your assistant knows how to use Google Sheets well and has a Gmail account to log into the leads sheet. (Your assistant may also use a Google Account-linked eMail.)
  • We do not allow downloading or copy-paste of the leads or sorting and filtering of the leads as presented to protect this important paid Member benefit. We do not make exceptions to this policy to protect the integrity of the data.
  • It is the Member’s responsibility to let us know right away if there is a change of assistant. If you no longer work with the assistant, please make sure we know immediately at A delay may jeopardize your membership with us.
  • All requests must be originated by the Member, not the assistant. If you are changing assistants, please email us to give us your former assistant’s name and gmail/email so we can update your records and remove him or her. We will not add the new assistant until the former assistant’s information has been received and removal has been processed.
  • We reserve the right to remove anyone from the leads at any time if we find that the leads are being misused or shared. If we determine this to be the case, no refund will be given.
  • We do offer a voluntary tips & resource Facebook group for Assistants added through this program. If you’re interested, we’ll send you the information upon the completed addition of your Assistant.

On checkout, you will provide your name, as well as your assistant’s full name and email. Once payment has cleared, we will begin the setup process. This can take up to 48 business hours. This fee is non-refundable, so please make your decision carefully. Your purchase of this add-on service means that you have read everything and agree to the terms.
