Do I get all Phases at once?
Answer – Yes, you do however I highly recommend you follow the path as we go through it to get the most from it.
Can I add an assistant?
Answer – Yes you can, please go here to learn more.
How do I change my payment method?
Answer – To change your credit card or payment method, please contact us at info@CharliJane.com and we will get you sorted as quickly as possible. You are also able to change your payment method within SamCart or your PayPal subscription.
Can I have a refund?
Answer – We do not offer refunds once payment is processed. Once membership fees have been renewed or paid, the payment process is irreversible. PLEASE make sure you cancel before you are renewed again. We do not offer refunds simply because you did not cancel prior to your billing date.
Will I always have access to the Facebook group?
Answer – Yes, as long as you are a current member in good standing with no declined payments and do not violate the group rules.
I need to change my password:

Click on Lost your Password, and then follow the prompts to reset your login information. We do not reset your password manually, but you may reset it “24|7|365” with this process using the email you used when you joined us.
I need to cancel my membership:
Answer – PLEASE NOTE: Your cancellation will be effective as soon as the form is completed. This means your membership access will be removed from the Speaking leads database, the vault, your profile page will be removed from the speaker’s directory, and you will be removed from the Facebook group and all other club benefits will end immediately. We do no post-date cancellations. If you wish to remain until the end of your billing cycle, please do not complete this form until 72 hours before your billing cycle is set to renew. Please see our refund policy if you do not cancel on time.
