A highly sought-after speaker everywhere in the state of New York from Westchester to Suffolk County as well as Africa Ms. Aiken’s lectures/workshops on the topics of youth empowerment, leadership, and charm consistently draw major attention. She addresses churches of all denominations, world-wide professional and business groups, and women’s organizations. Ms. Aiken has an Undergraduate Degree in Public Administration from CW Post College of Long Island University in Greenvale, New York.
A former Chief of Staff to a Suffolk County Legislator, Head Women’s College Coach, College Administrator & New York City Youth Assessment Probation Officer, Ms. Aiken runs her company, Inner Beauty Solutions, on Long Island, New York where she has assisted The Urban League of Long Island, Inc., The NAACP (Brookhaven Chapter), the Suffolk County Women’s Services, the Suffolk County Office of Minority Affairs, and the Suffolk County Health Commissioner with the facilitation of programs that effectuate a positive change in educating and empowering today’s youth.
She is a new inductee into the Eastern Shore Chapter of the LINKS, inc., the Charter President of the Central Islip/Islandia Rotary Club and fostered the start of the Wyandanch/Wheatley Heights/North Babylon Rotary Club. Ms. Aiken is the author of an upcoming self-esteem book for girls, works closely with a Suffolk County Legislator on the promotion of Melanoma Awareness, and is an official participant for the National GoGirlGo! Campaign.
