A graduate of the U.S Air Force Academy, Waldo also holds an MBA with a focus on Organizational Behavior.

A former Air Force F-16 fighter pilot, he overcame a lifelong battle with claustrophobia and a fear of heights to become a highly decorated combat veteran with over 65 real world combat missions. Having transitioned from Top Gun to top salesman and entrepreneur, Waldo evolved into a peak performance expert with a passionate ability to adapt to risky and demanding situations. His unique experiences in competitive and diverse environment both in the military and in corporate America enable him to genuinely relate to the challenges individuals face both in and out of the workplace.
