How do I reset my password or retrieve my username for

Simply click the Lost your password link under the login fields on the login page and check your email that you signed up with or where you currently get your Membership emails. It can take up to several hours for the reset link to be delivered, but most times, it is almost immediate.  Check your junk/spam folder, too. We do not reset passwords for you manually.

Please make note of your username and keep it in a safe place. If you can not remember your username, please email support during business hours and we will retrieve it for you.

How to become part of the Charli Jane Speaker Community:

Charli Jane Speakers Club: Simply click the button, pay membership fees online and you’re good to go! You will have instant access to numerous speaker resources to assist you in growing your business. This is an ongoing club that auto-renews each month/year depending on your sign up option.

What if I join Charli Jane Speakers and I feel it isn’t a right fit for me?

If you feel at any time your listing membership with Charli Jane Speakers is not benefiting you as a speaker, you may cancel your membership … no questions asked. You must cancel 72 hours prior to your next billing date. Pre-paid Memberships are non-refundable as they offer a significant discount over our regular rates. We do not offer prorated refunds. If you do wish to cancel, please note that we do encourage feedback, as it enables us to improve our services and products to better serve our members.

As a Member of Charli Jane Speakers I understand that I have access to the speaking leads section. Do you determine who the speaker will be?

No, Charli Jane is not the final decision maker. Charli Jane Speakers provides a service, one part of which is that we find leads for our members, leads are called in, researched, or submitted via our online ‘Request a Speaker” form. If you find a lead, it is your responsibility to follow-up on the lead either by submitting your proposal online to the hiring party or sending an email directly to the event organizer.

Where do I find the leads?

Once you join the Charli Jane Speaker family you will be directed to the member dashboard where all the goodies are waiting for you. You will find a link to your speaking opportunities in your dashboard.

Are all the leads free speaking engagements?

No, some leads will either be free, small fee or expenses paid. However, we have often seen speaking leads originally posted as no fee gigs converted to fee-based gigs, because the organizer was so happy with the speakers that they offered them a paid opportunity for other events.

Speaking for free is okay and can be an excellent opportunity to gain additional exposure, build your credibility, network, and make an excellent profit if you have products to sell. Keep your mind open and don’t let a wonderful opportunity lay on the table for someone else to come and grab. There are many ways to create opportunities from a free engagement, if you need ideas let Wendi know.

I would like to be represented by Charli Jane Speakers, how can I do this?

When you join the Charli Jane Speaker club we will add you to our speaker directory. Your web presence on Charli Jane can help generate more speaking engagements, a guest on podcasts, radio/TV interviews, and print opportunities. You also receive excellent credibility and exposure in being part of the Charli Jane speaker community, which has been online and in business since 2002. Our Speakers Directory is searched daily by planners, organizers and media professionals looking for an expert. Please visit our kudos page to learn more about what clients and members are saying. We don’t represent speakers like a traditional agency or bureau, what we do offer you is more visibility and credibility by being in the directory and associated with Charli Jane Speakers.

Do I need to be a member to use Wendi's ecoaching?

eCoaching is no longer offered as part of the regular membership.

I need a video, can you do that?

Yes, on occasion we get asked to create/edit videos for Speakers, if you have a request or want to see some samples please let us know.

I’m a newbie and don’t have a website yet, can I still be listed?

Yes of course! We want to get you started and the best way to do that is to get yourself online, get noticed, gain credibility and start building your speaking presence with us. As part of your Membership you’ll receive your personal profile page in our widely searched Speakers Directory.

What can I add to my Speaker page with Charli Jane?

We encourage you to add your professional, action or personality-infused image, a brief bio, downloadable media kit, OneSheet, topics with short descriptions, audio, a demo video, product links and images, contact info and social media links.

At Charli Jane, we faithfully and diligently promote both Speakers individually and the Speakers Directory as a whole, on a regular basis, to the long list of contacts with whom we have built solid business relationships since 2002. Yes! Are there any hidden costs?

No hidden fees whatsoever. Charli Jane Speakers never hides anything from you. The fee for members is clearly displayed and for our onesheet designs as well. And remember, our leads are provided to you commission-free always.

Can I make changes to my profile listing?

Yes, you can. Members in good standing may update their profile with major revisions once per year (calculated from join date to anniversary). Minor additions/deletions (such as add/delete contact or social media info, change an image, add a book or new program, etc.) can be submitted as needed. Do we get charged by Charli Jane to book a speaker with you?

No, we do not charge any fees to the planner or organizer for booking a speaker or for a consultation. Simply search our Speakers Directory and contact the speaker of choice directly. If the contact information is not provided on a specific profile, please contact us at info@ and we can assist you.

I am interested in a speaker for our event, can you suggest a suitable speaker?
