Liz Boston began her career in Human Resources 25+ years ago and has become known for her ability to revolutionize an organization’s HR practices particularly in hiring, retention and reward practices, as well as her super skill for handling some of the most controversial issues faced in the Human Resources profession.
Liz’s career in Human Resources began without any acquired knowledge of how to design an HR department, but today she is recognized as one of the most sought-after creditable consultants when it comes to working with organizations to understand the importance of how to create a recruiting philosophy for retention of top talent.

While working for 3M, the American multinational conglomerate, Boston was appointed as Diversity Chairperson and saw great successes in shaping 3M’s understanding of the needs of its employees in relations to Diversity in hiring, community building, and the cultivation and retention of high achieving talent. In her current work as a corporate consultant and executive coach, these are her areas of expertise.
