Violet Rainwater is a catalyst for healthy workplaces and helps teams thrive through her interactive keynotes and innovative workshops. During the height of her Corporate Sales career, Violet experienced a complete mental collapse due to debilitating anxiety from decades of running on empty. From this experience, Violet has dedicated her life to empowering teams with the tools and resources she discovered were transformational in business and life.

Violet is the founder of One Year Later™, an innovative and science-backed framework proven to increase morale, efficiency, and performance. Her research has proven that what worked in the past is not effective in today’s business landscape, and leaves many team members disengaged and operating from survival mode.

It is time to get to the root of the problem.

Violet offers a holistic approach to help teams operate at peak levels with a blend of psychology, neuroscience, and laugh-out-loud fun. Your teams gain valuable tools that promote well-being, increase efficiency, and drive connection.

Throughout her corporate sales career, Violet’s determination enabled her to receive various accolades. These included Rookie of the Year, Top Sales Producer, President’s Club, and Honor Ring. In addition, Violet qualified 6 consecutive years for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), the Premier Association of Financial Professionals, which fewer than 8% of her peers qualify for annually. Violet received her undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University and received her MBA in 2007. You will often find her on her yoga mat or hiking the beautiful Rockies where she resides with her husband and 8-year-old twins.
