Bio
Paris has created an easy-to-use menu of powerful questions to use in each phase of decision-making that are intended to get you the results you need while avoiding unintended consequences.
An author, speaker, and consultant, Paris also holds the title of consultant, distinguished, emeritus from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She provides management and strategic planning consulting and leadership development in higher education, healthcare, nonprofits, and for-profit businesses.
In addition to work on the US mainland, she has consulted in France, Guam, The Virgin Islands, Canada, Cyprus, and the UK.
Paris has written numerous books and articles, including Bringing Your Strategic Plan to Life: A Guide for Nonprofits and Public Agencies.
Paris holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from UW-Madison, and has served as adjunct faculty for the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis, UW-Madison as well as the doctoral program in Educational Leadership at Edgewood College in Madison.
